Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s portfolio of diagnostic medical devices. This role provides the flexibility for some remote work while being primarily based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify and engage potential clients and distributors in target markets.
3. Manage a portfolio of accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Provide after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Regulatory) to support client needs and ensure timely product delivery.
7. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare industry developments.

Requirements

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field is required
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in medical device sales
3. Proven experience in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and achieving Sales Targets.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Knowledge of diagnostic medical devices and their applications in healthcare.
