• Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector

Responsibilities:
The Brand Executive supports the Senior Manager in planning and executing the Marketing calendar of activities to ensure the smooth and timely execution of all campaigns, product launches, and projects.

Marketing Communications

• Plan, create, and implement marketing campaigns and promotions including both ATL and BTL for a diverse portfolio of categories
• Manage the timeline for campaigns and new product launches and follow through with high accuracy
• Prepare, monitor, and present accurate and timely campaign progress and post-mortem report and analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, and derive key learning for business growth and decision-making
• Liaise, align, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns
• Prepare sales sell-in kit and product deck for new product launches
• Manage A&P budget for the assigned portfolio, forecasting and optimizing spends
• Support the teams (for all key markets including Malaysia and International Sales) on both aspects of marketing and administration
• Co-develop all sales strategies and BTL activities with brand owners for the assigned brands to achieve monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the sales team to develop trade activities and ensure proper trade executions in the retail stores
• Perform any other tasks and/or projects assigned by superior/management
• Upkeep marketing data, categories’ assets, and materials

Product Management

• Manage and maintain the development of the product packaging designs (Domestic market, Malaysia market & International markets) to ensure correct changes are being implemented and timely submission of artwork
• Develop new products that are aligned with the business and market needs using relevant market and consumer insights or trends
• Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely approvals
• Apply to the relevant authorities for approval of packaging
• Update & maintain product information, packaging artworks, pack shots, catalogue, corporate website, product specifications and sales listing in materials whenever required

Market Intelligence

• External and internal data management to analyze review opportunities for business growth in a stipulated period
• Gather and monitor market and consumer trends and competitive information
• Conduct on-ground market visits to trade channels to understand consumers’ buying behaviors and upcoming product trends

Your main focus will be to provide immaculate administrative and secretarial support to a Partner based in Sydney who travels very frequently across the Middle East and APAC. You will be responsible to schedule meetings and appointments across different time zones, take care of all travel arrangements for domestic and international business travel, and help to process expenses claims for your leader. You will be involved in events planning and management, coordination of training & development programmes and provide basic IT and finance support to the team. You will need to help maintain a database of business contacts and undertake any administrative duties, including secretarial support to the team and some office administration, whenever required.

You will report directly to the Partner and will be expected to work closely with your colleagues in Singapore and Sydney to accomplish your tasks efficiently.

skills and experience required

The ideal candidate should be tertiary educated and have at least 3 years of secretarial experience, preferably in the professional services / consulting sector. Coming with strong experience in calendar management across different time zones will be helpful for this position. You will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to handle challenging situations with patience and tact. The ability to be flexible, meticulous and proactive will also contribute to your success in this role.
