As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Project Management and Event Planning experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum 4+ years in finance, event marketing and/or hospitality industry experience
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work virtually and with a global team in multiple time zones. Excellent time management skills to handle projects that have long and short lead times.
• Demonstrated communication skills with analytical, problem solving and reporting experience high level of computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Post Fixtures activities and reports to the Manager (Operations). The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ relevant hands-on experience in Post Fixtures activities including freight tax calculation, follow-ups on outstanding issues to achieve timely settlement.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure all relevant hire/freight invoices, claims, reimbursements, and additional billings are billed to Charterers timely and/or within the charter period.

· Follow up on unpaid invoices and ensure prompt settlement within targeted time frame.

· Regularly send chasers to Charterers for their agreement/comments for all outstanding claims.

· Prepare payment instructions to Treasury for all bareboat ships.

· To cover for Bulk Post Fixtures as and when required.
