RESPONSIBILITIES

This role requires the incumbent to be a competitive and trustworthy individual to develop and grow the social enterprise initiatives. He/she must be presentable, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and have strong business acumen.

Administrative Support

• Handle day-to-day operations including sales enquire and transactions including order processing and fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of order data and updated Netsuite order management system.
• Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports for projects and services.
• Work with production centers on production schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues or discrepancies.

Accounts Servicing

• Develop solutions according to customers' needs
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to MINDS Social Enterprises' customers from MINDS Bakers, Craft, Perform, Wash, Workshop, Farm, Shop, and other project partners

Project Management

• Must be able to effectively handle many concurrent projects
• Assist the Manager in facilitating data sharing, developing workflows and set up communication protocols for projects

Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with partners/vendors to secure cost and operation competency
• Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
• Liaise with stakeholders on operational matters

Market Research

• Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer's needs
• Work with production centers and communications team to come up with marketing campaigns for new products and services
• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
• Develop new business channels and initiatives

Graphic Design

• Conceptualise, design, and manage the production of marketing material including merchandise stickers, gift tags, posters, exhibitions and displays, eDMs, social media/digital communications, catalogs, and daily graphical needs.
• To provide creative support to e-commerce store gift order customisation requests, working with vendors to ensure projects are completed on time with a quality product
• Implement feedback and changes whenever possible or at the requests of the customers.

Website/Mailbox Management

• Manage SE E-commerce website for sales orders, promotions, new product listing, and last-mile delivery fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inventory data and update the e-commerce website.
• Confirm product availability and coordinate with the production team for order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to customers on the website.

• Diploma in Design, Marketing or other Business related qualification or equivalent and above from a recognised institution

• At least 2 years of experience with essential proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator

The incumbent shall be part of the Finance Shared Services (FSS), Collections team, responsible for the following:

Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up with insurance companies and patients on outstanding bills, ensuring timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve disputes relating to bills and payments, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure case closure.
• Ensure all collection activities are recorded accurately.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on AR matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly aged balance review with stakeholders.
• Undertake account reconciliations as required.
• Coordinate meetings with external vendors to discuss Collections related matters.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• “A” Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Accounts Receivable management, Collections and Credit Control.
• Prior experience in Finance Shared Service center and similar industries would be an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively with various levels.
• Possess initiative, meticulous and great organizational skill with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP experience would be an advantage.

You will work closely with the team lead on bundled payments, Population Health Financing (including Capitation) and Healthier SG enrolment initiatives. Your responsibilities include ensuring fair distribution of funding to all affected institutions for bundled payments, analysing bundled episodes using various data sources to simulate financial sustainability, and highlight actionable insights for improvement and change.

You will provide key value-added support to the clinical and operational partners in the bundled payments framework. Additionally, you shall assist the team lead in developing financial policies to support Population Health projects which are closely aligned with bundled payments implementation and Capitation. You will explore funding of Healthier SG enrolment incentives in order to meet the long-term objectives and vision of Population Health. To better support the analytical demands of Population Health Financing and Bundled Payments, you will streamline data-mining processes and leverage data technologies innovatively.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Accounting with cross-disciplinary knowledge/ prior experience working with Healthcare Data, with at least 3 years’ relevant working experience in Finance/Business Administration or Data Analytics field
• Prior experience in management accounting, reporting, costing, financial modelling and multi-variate analytics
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP, with some knowledge of data manipulation and visualization applications, such as Tableau, Power BI, Power-pivot DAX, or Python
• Passionate about working with transformational policies, healthcare strategy, and using data sets and BI techniques to mine and uncover new actionable insights
• Resourceful and think out of the box
• Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to take up challenges

Class Planning:

• Planning and launching of classes

Program Delivery:

Resource Management:

• Coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary training materials

Administration:
