Job Description:

• Manage and maintain all ICT & AV equipment (including inventories, loan, procurement and condemnation)
• Manage and maintain computer labs and control rooms
• Assist in the deployment and use of students’ Personal Learning
• Devices (PLDs), including repairs and DMA management

1. Customer Service:

• Assist both external and internal customers with enquiries, feedback, and requests via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions at the counter.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for about 10-15 product brands with team (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Costing, Pricing)

• Analyse and evaluate potential sell-through of product by brand and stock item.
• Prepare, issue and document payment vouchers for payment to Business Principal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, etc.)
• Develop and implement merchandise strategies to drive sales (Online campaigns, Retail sales, etc.)
• Support Export Sales by checking stock availability and working out retail pricing in foreign currencies.
• Support Marcom through monitoring of advertising and promotional budget allocated by Brand Principal and follow up with claims for reimbursement on marketing spend.
• Coordinate with BP for support on visual merchandising at point of purchase.
• Coordinate purchase and shipping of samples, reviewing samples with sales/retail teams and providing feedback to Brand Principal
• Assist to set up and tear down of new POS and sales events – event only twice a year, off in lieu would be compensated.
