Job Description:

- Manage cargo operations and documentation.

- Safeguard product quality and quantity.

- Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are in compliance with company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2019, wherever applicable.

- Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented.

- Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook and daily ROB report.

- Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager immediately and assist in onsite investigation.

Job Requirement:

- Willingness to follow company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel.

- Effective communication skills.

Qualification:

• Possess a Diploma from a Polytechnic or BCA Academy or relevant qualifications.
• Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institute of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers.
• Possess a certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.

Experience:

• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be in site management of works in local large-scale M&E building and infrastructure works.

Requirements:

• Conversant in contract administration with Public Service Sector Conditions of Contract, conversant with statutory requirements, site management, quality control procedures, systems testing & commissioning and submission of progress reports.
• Conversant in M&E design, specifications, site installation, services coordination, code of practice, Authority inspection and handing over.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work.

1. Minimum 5 years as Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with experience in supervision of precast and post-tensioning elements.

2. Registered with IES/ACES as Resident Technical Officer.

3. Preferably with experience in industrial/ business park projects.

4. Experience in supervising of bored piling works, basement excavation and ERSS.

5. Experience in inspecting defects and rectification works during post TOP period.
