This role will report to the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager and work closely with the SMP Research consultant, and coordinate with other programme functions, including Programme Development & Incubation, Community Partnerships & Programmes, Employment Bridging & Social Mobility, and Volunteer Management. The role will also involve participating in an organisation-wide bi-weekly meeting in person.

Responsibilities

Research - Social Mobility Programme

• Support the research team in recruiting for the programme, including identifying potential women who will be eligible for the research, organising recruitment drives, calling eligible women to share about the programme.
• Assist in consent taking when onboarding women into the programme as research participants
• Track the dates of intervention for participants and alert team on the follow-up needed
• Coordinate the timing and location for intervention, check-ins and interviews with participants
• Administer and track the disbursement of incentives to research participants on excel
• Conduct interviews and check-ins with women at a venue that may not be the office
• Take notes at research team discussions
• Check research data that have been keyed in to ensure no errors
• Ensure proper organisation of research documents in soft and hard copies
• Assist in preparation of research reports and presentations to stakeholders
• Support other future research studies and/or advocacy in line with the organisation’s mission and vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of research operations experience, preferably with social services or non-profit organisations
• Singaporean or PR

Role

Day-to-day project management for integrated projects allocated to you on one or more accounts, from conceptualisation through to production. Scope projects, manage timelines and budgets. To be responsible for escalating any overruns to line manager. Work in partnership with Brand Management and guide them on project related client management issues.

To follow house project management best practices and be an advocate of project management processes within the agency. Perform your role with thoughtful application of thinking into every action, commitment to the quality and craft of each output, superlative service standards and professionalism, commerciality, efficiency and initiative, and help maintain a general positive spirit for the team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Processes

• Work with the Operations team to consistently improve the project management discipline and processes for eg+.
• Partner and educate internal teams on all matters pertaining to effective project management on a project by project basis and escalate any challenges to the Heads of Creative and Content and Account Management.
• Own the day to day project management of assigned projects.
• Lead the production/producing of all project deliverables.

Resource and Project Planning

• Define resource requirements for all projects you are responsible for.
• Create and maintain project documentation throughout the project e.g. SOW, Timelines, estimates and change requests.
• Lead and guide the co-ordination of relevant departments to ensure project needs are met through the resourcing process.
• Accountability for the management of resources, to ensure we limit project financial risks.
• Keep the resource management function abreast of work pipeline at all times.
• Maintain integrity and quality standards of all agency output.

Profitability

• Champion project management processes and educate account management along the way where necessary of financial impacts.
• Ensure profitable use and management of third parties.
• Help build and be a guardian of eg+ reputation for reliable and profitable delivery.

Knowledge & Competencies Required

• At least 1-3 years relevant experience with deep knowledge of the nature of advertising industry.
