Job Duties:

• Provide excellent admin and operational support for sales team

Job Description

• Liaising with insurance agents/brokers.
• Answering queries with regard to motor insurance.
• Providing quotations.
• Running claims stats/preparing documents for portfolio/renewal review/new business.

Job Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques and documentation.
• Possess basic insurance qualification such as CGI/PGI.
• Basic to intermediate level of Microsoft Excel/Word.

• Assist and attend to customers’ enquiries/ complaints with patience and professional manner through phone calls, online portal and emails etc.
