Responsibilities

• Oversee RFQ processes, encompassing negotiation and assessment of supplier quotes.
• Proactively seek and assess potential new suppliers or alternative product sources.
• Analyze and formulate strategies for designated projects, focusing on cost savings, risk management, and process enhancements.
• Cultivate and sustain supplier/customer relationships to ensure reliable delivery and value generation.
• Evaluate and track suppliers' performance regularly.
• Identify sales prospects through research and identification of project opportunities, actively seeking new accounts.
• Expand accounts by reviewing customers' purchase history and recommending related or new items.
• Generate quotations in the system and aid in documentation for product approvals.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Business or any relevant field
• Min 1 year of experience in Medical Science related industry is required
