The Facilities Executive is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair service around the school campus in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.). 1. Maintenance:

• Monitoring and verification of raw materials on storage locations ensuring physical inventory tallies with system and at the correct storage location.
• Submitting of weekly inventory report to superior and investigate discrepancies and report on any stock adjustment required, including reason.
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate warehouse operational needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min. Diploma or Professional Certificate preferably in Logistics/ Supply Chain
• At least 5 years of experience in shipping/ freight forwarding sector.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiar with SAP or other similar ERP software.

We are looking for outgoing and dynamic individual to join us as Guest Relations Executives!

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the managers in front desk operations management

Answer calls, note down booking reservations and update accordingly

Coordinate private events for large group reservations

Ensure prompt and polite service in greeting guests entering and leaving the restaurant

Maintain all guest folios in the manner instructed and type out necessary guests' likes and dislikes to the appropriate fields on the profile

Perform appropriate cashier activities as and when required

Requirements:

Proficient in spoken and written English

At least 2 year in a customer service position

Experience in an F&B environment is preferred

Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

Possess a positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service

Good communication skills
