We are looking for an Administrative Executive to manage our growing offices. This is a full-time position and is available in Singapore.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Administration & HR

1. Office Upkeep - Monitor the maintenance of the office premises, assess maintenance requirements/requests, decide appropriate actions, source suppliers/ service providers as required standards and maintain administration documentation.
2. Assist with organising the logistics related to meetings/team events (e.g. venue bookings, refreshments etc.)
3. Filing and maintenance of relevant documentation
4. Willing to help with HR and office matters

Finance

1. Able to independently process GST for the company
2. Able to independently process full financial statements compilation
3. Able to independently pricess monthly claims and reimbursement
4. Able to assist with budgetting and forecasting

Requirements

1. Degree/Diploma in business, human resources, or a related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience.
3. Good English communication skills – both written and verbal
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
5. Pleasant personality. Ability to work with multi-national teams.
6. Multi-tasking skills and a self-starter

The Ideal Candidate Should:

1. Have prior experience in Finance or adminstration.
2. Graduated from Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related majors
3. Have a strong interest in Management/Strategy Consulting
4. Possess good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
5. Be proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in one or more of the ASEAN languages is an advantage but not compulsor
