Knowledge and Skills

1. Must-have skills

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• 5 years’ working experience in similar capacity and industry

2. Good-to-have skills

• Basic understanding of IT & Network Infrastructure knowledge is a plus
• Understanding of ISO 270001 and other ISMS framework is a plus

He shall be aware of his individual OH&S obligations by ensuring that he is adequately equipped with appropriate safety gears, by observing closely to all safety rules / regulations / procedures at site and by attending all relevant site safety trainings.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical or Building Services Engineering from local Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
2. Minimum eight (8) years of M&E work experience as a Resident Technical Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES

BW Group is seeking an SOX Executive to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. JOB PURPOSE

This role supports Financial operations activities within the Compensation & Benefits Regional Team (C&B) for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office. About the Role

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of services to meet the requirement of the customers by coordinating with the different service providers, warehouse and other department. You will form an inegral part of the customer service team to play a critical role in driving operational excellence to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

This role is an implant role and will be working at the customer's site in Kallang permanently.

Key Responsibilities

• To monitor inbound shipments, update tracking, provide updates to stakeholders, coordinate customs clearance and unloading at 3PL
• To coorindate smooth clearance of inbound shipments with forwarders and perform timely Goods Receipt into SAP system.
• To handle daily shipments received from customer and coordinate with appointed 3PL service providers to execute in a timely manner. Process includes; empty return's collection, prompt response to enquiries and the management of customer
• To perform regular return shipment of empty canisters and cylinders to customer's plants
• Responsible for timely updates of assigned reports
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Key Responsibilities:
∙Coordinate with external vendors and collaborate with customers and SaaS providers to conduct IT Security Risk Assessments. Identify security threats, assess risks, and propose mitigation strategies for approval by the customer.
∙Coordinate the handling of security incidents, ensuring a timely response and resolution. Maintain a robust incident response process and documentation.
∙Manage and coordinate regular security audits, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests. Consolidate findings, ensure proper remediation, and provide feedback to stakeholders on risk mitigation efforts.

∙Provide clear, concise security reports and recommendations to customers, ensuring they understand the security posture of the SaaS solution and any risks or issues that need attention.
∙Take on ad-hoc security tasks as required to address emerging risks or assist with specific security projects or initiatives.

Qualifications:
∙Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security, particularly in enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS environments.
∙A current professional information security certification (such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, GSE) or equivalent is highly desirable.
∙In-depth knowledge of IT security management and governance, risk assessment, incident response, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
∙Familiarity with international security standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, CSA-STAR, SOC 2 Type 2, NIST, and CIS.

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

• Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near-misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).

• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/ bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.

• Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.

• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

• Willing to work on rotation shifts.

• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.

• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.

• Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.

Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Receive and verify cash bags collected by couriers, ensuring quantities match Trust Receipts. Sort, pack, and seal cash bags for delivery to designated banks.
Issue and maintain manifests and Trust Receipts. Coordinate with couriers for bank deposits.
Manage cash float exchange, including packing, receiving, and banking.
Generate detailed reports on all cash transactions, including bags received and issued.
Maintain accurate records of float funds and conduct regular stock counts.

Inventory Management: Assist in issuing consumables to customers.
Record and track the quantity of consumables in and out of the vault.
Participate in periodic stocktaking of cash and consumables.

Security and Compliance: Adhere to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard valuable assets. Maintain a secure and controlled environment within the vault. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
