Objective of the role
- Work closely with the markets in SEA, HK & Taiwan to implement the approved Marketing strategy for the Elizabeth Arden brand and all the licensed Brands
- To support and assist the Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) in all areas to ensure the objectives of the Marketing Department are met.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce
- Work with RMM to review product exclusivities and mechanisms with local markets to ensure attractiveness to target audience
- Work with designer to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs, banners, creative adaptation and ensure content are aligned with brand and promotion plan
Digital
- Work with markets on website update where necessary
Social
- Work with local markets on monthly social posting calendar
- ·Work with RMM on social content analysis and follow up with markets
PR and Influencers / Events
- Work with RMM and local markets to execute PR/influencer strategy
- Support the coordination & planning of events and other related tasks such as press kits, post event reports
Forecast Management
- To assist with the coordination and consolidation of forecasts for innovations efficiently
- To extract historical data for analysis and review with RMM
Visual Merchandising Maintenance
- To follow regional transparency and Visual Merchandising strategy and work with markets to ensure in-store excellence across all locations
- To ensure that the internal picture library is updated every time market visit is done
Assets and Content Management
- To send and follow up on creative requests for assets
- Coordinate, request and provide assets, product information and necessary documents to local markets during new product launch and where necessary
- Coordinate creative briefs and manage timeline between markets and to designer
Other Marketing Support
- To coordinate and support all necessary information, tools and ad hoc requests between Global team and the markets
- To assist on the development of a monthly newsletter to share best practices and success stories across the region
- To assist with any other related projects, reports, and tasks
- Degree holder in business/marketing
- 1-2 years of marketing experience will be preferred
- Team player with interpersonal and communication skills
- Keen interest in beauty products and retail
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Adobe Photoshop (will be a great added value)
- Occasional traveling may be required
