• To assess AML/KYC risk for high-risk accounts for escalation to Compliance
• Work closely with Head Office and overseas offices to provide input on account opening
• Review and assess the adequacy of the Source of Wealth narrative and corroboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling sales strategies and effectively communicate the value proposition of our consulting services to prospective clients.

• Deliver hivve’s comprehensive consulting services to support clients in understanding what their impact is and how best to communicate it in written documents
• Scope, deliver, edit and proof-read impact reports and documentation as part of impact consultancy projects for clients.
• Support clients and academics with consultancy, constructive feedback and tailored advice to enhance their impact statements.
• Facilitate workshops and webinars as per the agreed agenda and timeframe, ensuring hivve’s clients receive structured insights and valuable training
• Understand and guide academics and higher education institutions on key impact topics, such as what excellent impact reporting is elucidating the necessary data and evidence from the research teams and writing compelling impact reports.
• Provide customers with insights guidance on the best practices for Impact Reporting
• Regularly review and update existing consulting materials to ensure they remain current, appropriate, and relevant to evolving Higher Education standards and client needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the broader evolving Sustainability and Impact agenda, staying informed about keyHE trends, best practices, and emerging frameworks.
• Stay abreast of Higher Education National Assessment Frameworks in various geographical regions to inform and align consulting strategies with evolving impact reporting standards

You Will Have:

• A keen interest to become an expert in impact reporting and report writing. (We are not expecting candidates to have expertise in this specific topic already.)
• Bachelor's degree; additional certifications in sustainability, copy writing or facilitation are a plus.
• A strong grasp of the English language and understanding of the importance of differentiating communications for different audiences
• A self-starting mindset, with the ability to independently work on tasks or collaborate closely with the wider team as appropriate
• The ability to work with a diverse global team, with members distributed from Canada through Europe to South-East Asia
• An inquisitive mind, comfortable with challenging what you see, both on paper and in person, to deliver excellent, evidence based impact reports.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the whole warehouse operations and in charge of day-to-day inventory and distribution management.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
