Job Descrption

• To lead and direct the Human Resources (HR) department.
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Your first responsibilities will be within the HQ Operations team. After achieving proficiency in your operations duties, you will gradually assume more duties in the HQ Procurement team.

Responsibilities:

• Internal Communication – To co-ordinate communication between outlet staff members, central kitchen, and the warehouse department.
• Manufacturing Planning – To review and modify the daily manufacturing orders sent to the Central Kitchen.
• Keying Orders – Receive our customer orders through email/whatsapp portals and entering them into our ERP system accurately.
• Invoicing – Issuing invoices to our regular customers.
• Purchase – Raising Purchase orders to local suppliers and communicating with them to ensure that deliveries are made
• Quality Assurance – To regularly evaluate and ensure that products are of the same quality as promised by suppliers.

Requirements:

• Intermediate level of familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications – Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates proficiency in general IT related skills.
• Knowledge in ERP / WMS systems such as Odoo or SAP would be beneficial.
• Ability to perform intermediate level of quantitative and qualitative data modelling combining data from historical sources, existing conditions, and future projections using any software of your choice.
