• Carry out construction supervision of construction works as required under the BCA regulations and ensure that the design documentation is safely and accurately implemented on site.
• Responsible for the co-ordination of work on site and ensure construction safety.
• Undertake any other duties related to the project assigned.

POSITION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other tertiary institutions of equivalent standing
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent preferred
• Possess at least 3 years of site supervision experience, preferably in building works and Precast
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Project for project update and reports
• Familiar with local codes & regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to commence work immediately

• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
• Work with Central Kitchen on the purchasing listing and goods to be ready for used
• Develop and update the inventory listing in the E-procurement platform
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier's reputation and history
• Confer with staff, users, and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
• Arrange the payment of duty and freight charges
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received by working closely with the warehouse personnel

Job requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain/ Logistic or other relevant courses
• Minimal 1 year of purchasing experience
• Good negotiation skills
