Job Description Security and Safety Officer:

• Maintain a secure and clean facility environment, adhering to safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for security and fire protection equipment.
• Supervise and conduct training for staff and vendors on security, housekeeping, and fire safety procedures.
• Identify and address instances of workplace safety and health (WSH) non-compliance and unsafe practices.
• Alert team members to emergency situations and potential hazards.
• Support WSH programs and initiatives, collect data on WSH performance, and conduct routine checks on work activities.
• Participate in investigations of incidents and accidents, report findings, and implement actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.

Requirements:

• Diploma in relevant study with 1 to 2 years of HSE experience in Warehouse/ Distribution Centre/ Manufacturing
• Comfortable to travel among distribution centres

• Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
• Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)
• Photography cum videography required at job sites for completed projects, followed by photo/video editing/production for content
• To handle online marketing eg Facebook, Instagram, and company website
• Responsible to assist in marketing planning and execution

Requirement:
