Responsibilities:-

· Assist superior in handling and managing a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial agent services

· Handling client acceptance and compliance checks such as CDD

· Assist in company incorporation, registration of branches, representative offices, striking-off of companies, and other ongoing corporate secretarial matters

· Assist in preparing directors' and shareholders’ minutes of meetings and resolutions for specific transaction

· Filing of returns and statutory information using ACRA Bizfile

Requirements:-

• Professional qualification and/or a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in business administration
• Currently pursuing ICSA

• PC literate and hands-on on MS Applications

You will be responsible for administrative duties in the daily operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities as following:

· Manage incoming phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

· Provide general administrative support, coordinate office activities and operations to ensure the efficient operation of company.

· Manage all paperworks & data entry such as issue Purchase Order, Delivery Order, Invoice & etc.

· Ensure good function of office facilities and equipment and keep track of office supplies inventory.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Perform billing activities for all import/export shipments in a timely manner and in accordance with Customers & CEVA’s internal KPI.
• Responsible for submission of job files billed to customers & filing internally.
• Any other related work that is assigned by the Superior from time to time.
• Preparation of supporting documents required on billing.
• Advise the supervisor of any problems or irregularities discovered within the assigned transactions.
• Send Pre-alert to destination CEVA stations / CMA agents with copy of shipping docs (AWB / BL / CIPL)
• CT to monitor POs last mile delivery to the vessel till POD are obtained.
• Consolidate billing invoices from hubs and park freight charges in cargowise for consol billing to CMA ships monthly.
• Update billing log sheet for finance record and verification due to different system used for posting invoices.
• Verify inter-company invoices and provide MISC dossier to billing team on monthly basis for DOSP06 / QLCRVO report.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Min GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 year working experience in billing / admin function
• Basic accounting and administrative work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Hiring: Customer Service Executive

Location: Holland Campus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (Alternate Saturday)

Salary range: $2500 - 3200 (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone calls or face to face
• Administration of enrolment; including preparation of documentations
• Conduct orientation
• Providing customers with details and information on course enquiries
• Operational duties of Customer Service department
• Coordinating and marketing of activities including road shows, preview talks and exhibitions
• Other duties as assigned by the Management
