Roles & Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

• Executing and Optimising Performance Marketing initiatives through Paid Ads(META, Google, Youtube, TikTok etc)
• SEO (Onsite & Offsite)
• Content Marketing (Planning and Execution )
• Digital Partnerships
• Google Analytics, Data Analysis through CRM, and Databases
• Direct Marketing (EDM/Marketing Automation)

Maintaining Social Media:

• Regular updates and postings on our Facebook Brands accounts
• Instagram for events activities, new products,
• Handling of celebrities and influencers collaboration, etc.
• Twitter’s and Google+ postings.

Online Ads:

• Contact point for Google, META, TikTok & Youtube.
• Responsible of Google Adwords bidding, fine-tuning of adwords and web analytics.
• Create and Execute Meta Ad campaigns and
• Ads Performance analysis.

Communities Building:

• Regular newsletter email blast using Mailchimp
• Regular checks on Mummies forums and discussion groups for our mentions, negative and positive feedbacks.
• Response to questions that are related to our products or brands.

New Products Launches Involvement & Contributions:

• New products packaging or branding design
• New products video or photoshoot coordination

Competencies/Skills :

• Understanding of performance marketing – Campaign creation on Google Search/GDN and Facebook Ads Manager
• HTML/CSS
• Microsoft Office & Excel
• Understanding of Google Analytics capabilities
• Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Video Editing

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Engineering sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Logistics Officer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the organization/coordination of shipments
• Regularly place and receive orders for components and parts
• Oversee/Maintain the current stock levels of components and parts
• Generate/Submit the relevant monthly reports to key management stakeholders
• Examine/Verify invoices from the various vendors and stakeholders, and complete the invoicing process while acquiring shipping quotations
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any relevant field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Min 1 year of relevant logistics working experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

Requirements

• Mandarin speakers preferred as Candidate is required to liaise with chinese speaking Clients
• Minimum O levels / N level / Nitec or equivalent.
• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales.
• Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
