• Operate a Help Desk to manage all issues relating to facilities feedback, service requests, and any other issues.
• Manned facilities for receiving, logging, tracking and responding appropriately to user requests or feedback that are received via phone, e-mail and other communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Telegram/Chatbot).
• They shall act as the first line of response to channel urgent feedback, faults, defects, breakdowns, repairs and damages to the relevant maintenance staff. They will inform the user of the outcome and actions taken to rectify the problem as a form of closure to each feedback.
• They shall close the feedback loop with all users on the status of issues raised to the maintenance teams in relation but not limited to, the following matters:

General Description

• Understand and comply to all related operating processes.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with customers/ transporter on day to day issues, order planning to meet customer’s shipment delivery / collection requirements.
• Prepare data collection and submit accurate reports to the Operations Executive.
• Perform cycle count administration.
• Ensure all incoming (including exchange and returns) and outgoing shipments are completed in a timely and orderly manner.
• Ensure all shipment documentation are accurate and submitted timely.
• Perform process improvement initiatives and implementation.
• Report to the Operations Executive on all receiving non-conformances.
• Perform day-to-day roles of the Operations Executive during his/her absence.

The Sales Support Executive primarily provides sales and administrative support to Sales department (for International and Overseas sales) in managing the daily sales operational activities, covering full spectrum of sales administration, customer service, Import and Export management, sales and marketing support to sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Support sales team on daily administration

• Handle email/phone enquiries

• Process sales order and follow up payment with clients

• Update and monitor daily Sales data system to support the Sales team forecast exercises

• Assist to coordinate shipping schedule, monitor and troubleshoot client’s order, account statuses and other relevant issues

• Preparation of shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list etc.)

• Follow up with clients on the phone for administrative purposes

• Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:
• Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• No experience required; entry level is welcome to apply

• Self-motivated and initiative individuals

• Possess strong negotiation, selling, verbal and written communication skills

• Must be able to manage a given set of territory and accounts

• Provide good after sales & customer service

• Knowledge in office supplies or office automation would be an advantage

• Able to start work immediate or within short notice

• Proficient in MS Office

• Knowledge on Navision system would be an advantage
