Role & Responsibilities

• Assist in client management and updating client in a timely manner

• Assisting in preparation of Court and legal documents

• Assisting in drafting of correspondences Court documents

• Organizing and filing Court documents via E-Litigation

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good communication skills, both written and oral

• Administrative duties such as upkeeping file maintenance, searches, timesheets, photocopying, faxing, binding of documents etc.

• Preparing invoices

This advertisement is for the recruiting position of Student Support Executive.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to a MOE Primary located in Woodlands Crescent.

Contract Period: From 1 April 2024 to 31 Mar 2025.

Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 APRIL 2025 TO 30 NOV 2025.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours (42 hours per week):

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The Services required are set out as follows:

The Student Support Executive will work closely with the form/subject teachers, under the guidance of YH,AYH & SH/SM, to:

• support the teachers in the classroom
• assist with classroom routines and administrative matters
• assist in organising and maintaining a structured classroom environment.
• facilitate the use of learning materials that support students’ learning.
• maintain open communication with the classroom teacher, sharing observations, concerns, and successes related to students.

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, experience and skills:

• Possess at least a Diploma (preferably in Early Childhood Care & Education)
• Prior experience as a Student Support Executive or experience in teaching would be an added advantage
• Energetic and passionate to work with children
• Strong communication (writing and speaking) and administrative skills
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills

• Computer knowledge of Microsoft words, Excel and Email
• Experience with Microsoft Navision would be an advantage but not necessary, otherwise willing to learn new software
