JOB SCOPES:

Accounting Task

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Utilize accounting software to streamline process
• Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary financial information

Payroll Processing

• Accurately process employee salary, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations

Data Management

• maintain organized databases for accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll transactions.
• Ensuring the security and confidentiality of all accounts / payroll data

Compliance and Reporting

• Basic knowledge on Singapore labour laws and tax regulations to ensure accurate payroll processing
• Prepare and file payroll income tax reports and other regulatory filings as required
• Generate payroll reports

Ad-hoc Support:

• Provide general administrative support for the accounts / HR departments when needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Singaporean (s) only.
• Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 year’s working experience in payroll processing & general accounting.
