· Diploma in accounting discipline or Higher Nitec in Accounting

· With at least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field

· Preferable proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting system, Oracle Netsuite

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Meticulous and attention to detail

• Tracking projects status and follow-up with team for the action items
• In-charge of project team timesheets and keep track of billing status
• Assist Project Manager in coordinating
• Issuing of sales and purchase related documents (invoice)
• Responsible of general administration function
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department
• Daily update in Google Spreadsheet
• Stock taking
• Administrative works about general workers
• Submission for project documents to related parties
