Job Description

• Handle work pass holder-related matters, including administering work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and purchasing security bonds.
• Arrange accommodations, medical appointments, safety courses, etc., for work pass holders.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including generating quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Handle purchasing activities, such as generating purchase orders and sending them to suppliers.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, port clearance, and arrange courier services as needed.
• Support payroll for work pass holders and maintain their files and records.
• Provide general administrative support to the team and perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum ‘O’ level or equivalent
• Possess relevant working experience is prefererd
• Knowledge on SAP B1 system preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, collaborative, and able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manne
