Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new suppliers qualification and existing supplier’s performance evaluation
• Send out RFQ to Logistics Services Provider
• Dispatch information to fellow Logistics Team members
• Performance Evaluation of 3PL
• Perform Month End Closing Operation
• Creation and updating of Month End Report
• Price Trend Monitoring and update
• Provide support in HY and FY Budgeting
• Filing and other administrative duties

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Operations or equivalent
• At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience. Experience in Petrochemical or Chemical Plants Procurement preferred
• Proficient in MS Office including Ms Words, Excel (preferably advance) , PPT, and other applications
• Skilled in SAP/ERP SD and MM modules
