• Assist in processing of loans operations, audit confirmation.
• Participate in systems enhancements, User Acceptance Testing and projects as assigned.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
• Support frontline and adhere to anti-money laundering / counter terrorist financing requirement and sanction risks controls in accordance with regulatory standards and Bank policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum “A” levels or diploma holder.
• 2-3 years banking experience with knowledge in account opening and KYC procedure is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in account operations and KYC procedures.
• Related experince in Corportae Banking.

Location: Kallang Sector

· Assist in coordinating and executing the timely and accurate collection of customers’ accounts, including calling up customers for payment

· Monitor work progress and collection processes, handle and investigate cases for efficient debt recovery

· Handle enquiries from customers on billing issues and outstanding balances
