· Assist with donors and prospects events planning and management as well as cultivation and stewardship events which includes tours, dinners, cocktails and private gallery previews.

· Assist the team to conceptualise, organise and execute major donor stewardship event

· Assist and working on donor proposal

· Perform preparation of visual and communication materials for both donor and departmental reports and presentations, as well as related collaterals (eg. brochure, booklets, video, etc)

· Assist with database management by updating donation and donor database and stewardship tracker

· Manage and update guest list and RSVPs for all departmental events.

· Provide other administrative support such as minutes taking during meeting, process donation forms and keep track of donations received, assist with procurement where required, maintain proper filing and recording system as well as assist with donation matters

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree holders in arts management, business, mass communications or any other relevant fields

· Working experience in communications and proficiency in Adobe software is a plus!
