Responsibilities

• Organise and conduct regular credit and accounts receivable review meetings with business units and sales departments to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Follow up and communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Review and process new customer account applications.
• Maintain and update customer account details and credit limits in SAP.
• Monitor daily sales transactions for credit holds in SAP and communicate with the sales department to address overdue issues.
• Disseminate invoices, statements of accounts, reminder, and confirmation letters.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and confirmations.
• Prepare regular collections and accounts receivable status reports for management.
• Liaise with insurers to apply for trade credit insurance for customer accounts with credit terms.
• Liaise with banks regarding bank guarantees, including letters of credit.
• Verify supporting documents to carry out billings to customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SAP software is an advantage
• Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
• Good team player with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Monitor the project including progress control, quality control, variation/ cost control, safety control, environmental control etc;
• Report any critical and/ or major issues to SOR/Assistant to SOR proposing possible solutions;
• Liaise and coordinate with Consultants to resolve technical and/ or interfacing issues;
• Keep and maintain proper, detailed and updated site records on progress of work;
• Monitor and properly record inspection of different architectural trades;
• Assist Consultants/Clients in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site;
• Conduct in progress inspections to ensure that work carried out complies with quality, standards and requirements;
• Ensure that all installation methods and materials used are in accordance with contract specifications and drawings;
• Liaise with contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works;
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants;
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site.

Requirements

• Diploma in Architectural Studies from tertiary institution and National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS);
• At least 5 years of relevant site experience as a Resident Technical Officer with extensive architectural and interior design supervision, of which 3-5 years of experience preferably in architectural works for healthcare projects;
• Fully conversant with statutory regulations and codes for site supervision, quality control procedures construction administration of progress reports;
• Self-motivated, proactive and team player.

We want a highly motivated, energetic, experienced, detail oriented, customer centric individual to perform export document management tasks and be part of the growth of the business in the region.

Tasks:

You will be responsible for performing the following (non-exhaustive list) :

· vet all export documents from our clients and ensure adherence to relevant regulations to deliver certificate of export

• maintain contact with customers to inform them on the status of their requests

• inform clients, in a customer centric way, about missing information, documents or challenges with their applications

• answer client requests in a timely manner and provide helpful information to customers

• be part of the process to suggest initiatives for increasing operational efficiency

• exhibit professional conduct at all times in performing day-to-day tasks

• keep updated with changes in regulations and ensure internal training is completed

• update and maintain company CRM

• work in strong collaboration with other Ecocert colleagues and teams

• provide monthly operation updates and activity reports with KPI monitoring

Experience / Education

• Bachelor Degree with majors in logistics, international business or supply chain

• Fluent in both written & oral English. Fluent in other languages is a plus

• Successful previous experience in similar position

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills

• Microsoft proficiency
