• Degree / Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communication Design, Video or related discipline
• Minimum of 1- 2 years of relevant experience working in relevant field

The role of an Executive Search Consultant is to lead and manage Business Development activity and Key Accounts Management in your industry of specialization to achieve and exceed the budgeted gross profit and contribution to BTI Executive Search Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for driving your verticals including but not limited to cross-selling to other business vertical within BTI Executive Search Singapore while working closely with your Practice Leader and the senior management team to achieve your individual revenue targets

•Source relevant tendering notices and respond with attending site show rounds and follow-up on the outcomes.

•Preparation RFQs/Tenders according to customer’s tender requirement and ensure timely submission

• To attend to clients’ complaints promptly.
• To resolve problems efficiently without unnecessary delay.
• To be involved in the appointment of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Train, instruct, and supervise the work of Supervisors and Cleaners
• Ensure all works carried out by Supervisor and Cleaners as set out in their Job Descriptions are completed with due observation to appropriate Health & Safety requirements
• Able to be hands-on when the situation requires and any other responsibility as assigned by superiors.
• Distribute advance and monthly salary to employees.
• Arrangement for some landscaping job such as grass cutting and outdoor cleaning
