An expanding SME Logistics company is looking for a dynamic sales to join our team.

You should possess the following;

1. At least 1 year experience in the logistics / freight forwarding / shipping industry

2. GCE N or O level

3. Possess class 3 driving license with own car

4. Good command of English

5. Resourceful & good inter-personal skills

Key Responsibilities

· Discuss and identify clients’ communications needs

· Work closely with the wider consortium to deliver 360 solutions

· Identify client growth opportunities

· Help ensure campaigns reach their performance goals

· Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met.

· Day-to-day activities will change constantly to meet business growth

· Keenly monitor campaigns with the aim to optimise results

· Maintain accurate records of budgets, contact reports, campaign reports, etc.

· Customise new business proposals that are meaningful and compelling

· AM level candidates are expected to be able to lead a team of account executives and manage the daily running of an account

Qualifications

· Fresh graduates or 1-2 years’ experience in an advertising agency or related field

· Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Account Executive or Assistant Manager role

· Possess strong project management skills

· Have excellent communications skills, attention to detail, be well-organised and able to multitask accurately

· Understanding of branding and communications preferred

· Microsoft Office proficiency

· Be energetic and passionate with a can-do spirit

Contract Duration: 12 months

Salary: Up to 3000

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Location: Pasir Panjang

-Provide the full range of administrative support activities to the team and the team lead, including managing complex global calendars, scheduling high-level, time-sensitive meetings, managing travel arrangements, and completing expenses.

-Assist with meeting scheduling, conference room reservations, teleconference set-up, external individual visits to the site, and associated meeting logistics.

-Ensure effective and efficient team communications by managing records and files using communication tools such as Teams.

-Manage meeting minutes, follow-ups, and expedite the flow of work.

-Create and maintain distribution lists, organizational charts, and electronic files.

-Manage timely and accurate tracking of the team’s budget and expenses.

-Work with internal systems (e.g., purchases, various approval processes) to manage purchase orders and track invoices.

-Manage incoming/outgoing mail, including handling sensitive and confidential correspondence appropriately.

-Support projects and initiatives as needed.

-Manage own time, professional development, and prioritize workflow.

-Work well in a self-directed environment with minimal instruction, assuming increased levels of responsibility and taking accountability for decisions and outcomes.

-Take personal accountability for the quality of own work that impacts the department and understand the impacts of actions.

-Complete quality work on a timely basis, using judgment to identify the most urgent issues and working to resolve them immediately.

-Provide back-up assistance in the absence of other administrative colleagues.

Requirement

-Min. Degree in Lifescience / business management

-Has prior 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role

-Experience using applications, such as Concur, WebEx and Ariba

-Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic and international travel will be an advantage
