Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create financial models, conduct feasibility assessments, perform valuation analyses, and scenario planning to support decision-making processes.
• Support transactional activities including due diligence, negotiations, and deal structuring.
• Aid in the preparation of recommendations, studies, and presentations for senior management.
• Oversee strategic initiatives from project inception to completion.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as financial, tax, real estate, and legal advisors.
• Assist in various ad-hoc tasks related to the coordination of Corporate Development functions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in similar industry
• Experience in hospitality/real estate industry will be a bonus

Your position as a Full-time Resident Manager is to serve as our guests’ main point of contact and manage the entire operations team. Serving as KINN’s ambassador, you will be instrumental in creating an enjoyable and memorable stay for our guests, and to show them the full KINN experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel/s under his/her charge
• Provide support to both Front Office and Housekeeping operations daily
• Monitor and review daily arrivals and departure ensuring that hotel is promptly turned over for daily arrival guest
• Ensure that all hotel reports are thoroughly checked and vetted before filing
• Monitor all stocks in the hotel and maintain a record of stocks in hotel and process any order in a timely manner
• Ensure that guest payments are prompt and accurate, and all payments are reflected in the Property Management Systems
• Monitor and maintain cost effective measure in the hotel, ensuring that cost effective measure do not dampen guest experience and service standards in the hotel
• Conduct training and coaching for all team members pertaining to new P&Ps and guidelines
• Attend to guest feedback and challenges, escalating any major issues to the Hotel Operations Manager for review or further actions
• Provide recommendation to Hotel Operations Manager for all team members during annual performance review
• Conduct coaching and counselling for non-performance challenges of team members
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates to Hotel Operations Manager for review or execution
• Maintain the highest of service and product standards of the hotels under his/her charge
• Work with Community Host pertaining to all guest activities that has been planned and execute them in an orderly manner
• Check and reply all guest feedbacks on various platforms
• Any other duties delegated by Hotel Operations Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality industry
• Independent and adaptable
• Self-confident and makes an effort to be well-groomed and tidy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Commitment to work a 5 day work week including shifts and weekends.
• Experience with property management and digital softwares such as CloudBeds or Opera
• Experience managing online travel agent websites such as Booking.com and Agoda work is an advantage

• Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and leading them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets' seating procedures.
• Be familiar with the menu, promotions, and service procedures.
• Provide full assistance to guests concerning general queries.
• Provide full assistance to incoming inquiries via email or telephone and make reservations accordingly and accurately for the guests.
• To work closely with the Operations / Service Operations Manager, shift leaders, and staff members to ensure all guests are greeted properly and escorted to their ready tables.
• Obtain familiarity with venue policies and procedures in reference to training, safety, and security.
• To familiarize with the work nature and responsibilities of floor staff and all the venue events.
• Ensure the reservation desk are well maintained. Assist manager in keeping traces of guest history profiles.
• Maintain an adequate supply of stationery as required.
