Role and Responsibilities

1. To ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming hospitality.

2. Collection and signing in and out the keys for assigned areas.

3. To ensure that trolleys are fully stocked with linens and supplies needed for room cleaning.

4. Ensuring that guests’ rooms and check-out rooms are cleaned in accordance with the housekeeping requirements.

5. Replenishing of room supplies and toiletries for guest rooms and check-out rooms to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

6. Cleaning and maintaining the maid pantry and service area daily.

7. Removal of all dirty service trays & trolleys, cutleries and crockeries from guest corridors.

8. To check that all room status is the same as the Room Attendant daily report.

9. Responsible for cleaning of 15 rooms daily on average.

10. Reporting of any maintenance defects to the housekeeping office.

11. Reporting of any lost and found to the relevant department for their necessary actions.

12. Reporting of all irregularities spotted to the hotel management/direct supervisor.

13. Performing of ah-hoc duties as per requested by the hotel management/direct supervisor.

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to prioritise daily job tasks to ensure smooth operations.

5. Adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards to ensure professionalism.

We are seeking a dedicated staff to join our team as a Condominium General Cleaner. As a General Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises.

Job Scope :

• Washing of common and handicap toilets to maintain hygiene standards for residential and visitors’ use. Sweeping and mopping of management office to ensure cleanliness.
• Cleaning and wiping of security counter.
• Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift lobbies, carpark and ramp area rubbish.
• Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
• Clearing the common rubbish bins and washing the bin centre surrounding area, rubbish bins and bin chambers.
• Sweeping the tennis court, ball court and table tennis area.
• Area compound cleaning to maintain cleaning standards.
• Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
• Informing any matters/feedback to the supervisor when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Essence of the role

Upholistery cleaning is the cleaning of fabric on your furnitures, removes the dirt and oils that are transferred to couches and chairs, mattresses, carpets and any fabric furnituress through regular use. An upholstery cleaner may clean the entire piece of furniture, on a regular schedule or by request, or do spot treatments to remove pet, food, drink, or oil and grease stains via the uphoslstery machine.

The Upholstery Operation Specialist follow our mobile team around to different job sites (eg. Residential and corporate sites or stationed at our hotel sites) to perform cleaning of sofa or carpets, etc.

2. Specific Responsibilities As our new Upholstery Operation Specialist you will:

· Visit different customer sites for cleaning of upholstery items

· Responsible for management of equipment ( taking care and maintenance of equipment)

· Communicating with clients to ensure positive customer service.

· Audit and maintain inventory, supplies and equipment.

· Investigate and promote use of equipment and suggested methods of improvement.

· Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority.

· Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely and effective communication within all levels of the business.

3. Competencies
To be successful in this role you are someone who takes pride in being organized and reliable, who is self-managed and able to prioritize tasks and respecting strict deadlines with thoroughness. Furthermore, you are able to maintain and act on both long-term projects and short-term tasks.

We believe the right candidate will have the following experiences and competencies:

- Min. 1 - 3 Years’ experience in Cleaning Industry ( Residential Cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Corporate Cleaning)
- Perform Risk Assessment at site.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients.
- Attend clients meetings to understand needs and requirement.
- Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed.

- Class 3 is an advantage
