ROLE OVERVIEW

The Group Operations Director at Mandala Club is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations, business initiatives and projects which entails close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, in consultation with direct supervisor. ● Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Departments in planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, marketing strategies, and trade promotion programs to achieve revenue growth.

● Provide leadership guidance, development and coaching to team members and encourage individual development especially amongst Direct Reports.
