JOB SUMMARY
The job position is located at our customer site and performed in 24x7 rotating shifts as planned.
Administration, support and maintain production system and ensure their high availability, service
level agreements and customer satisfaction.
Perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting
to draw conclusions to the project team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities:
 - Support Level 1 & Service tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support
- Analyse, Troubleshoot, solve assigned tickets by the Team lead.
 - Formalize corrective action plans or local workaround within the SLA
 - Solve or escalate the analysis to the Level 2 support
 - Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed on the progress
 - Maintain components of IT infra and backend, including Hardware and Software
 - Replacements of Hardware/Endpoint equipment when faulty.
 - Perform site administration activities – Regular health checks on endpoints, Regular restart of
services, monthly report submission.
 - Perform Preventive maintenance of servers and wide range of endpoint devices.
 - Backup and Restore – Database backups, logs housekeeping, Image backup of endpoint,
workstation, servers etc.,
 - Perform OS Patching, Anti-virus update, security patching.
 - Assist in Change/Service request deployment and testing.

The Requirements:

• Minimum ITE certificate with Merit or diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of relevant chiller experiences
• Able to troubleshoot HVAC faults especially modular screw chillers, centrifugal chillers and absorption chillers
• Good communication skills both verbal and written as well as preparing service reports
• Good safety and WSH habits
• Short term overseas assignments may be required

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults

• Repairing equipment and replacing parts

• Managing inventory records of hardware, equipment, software

• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies

• Work in a team on scheduled projects.

• Overseas project attachment and support up to 12 months.

• Install, de-install, relocation and preventive maintenance of semiconductor equipment.

• Weekly Service Report update
• Monthly Progress Report assessment

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support and build relationships with customers during field visits.
• Manage on-site installation, repairs, maintenance and diagnose errors and technical problems and finding solutions for the installed equipment.
• Produce service reports.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in field servicing.
• Experience preferably in the repair and servicing of refrigeration systems and compressed air related equipment.
• Being familiar with hands-on installation and removal of valve and pipe fittings is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test repair and service equipment.
• English literacy.
• Minimum qualification professional certificate (NiTEC) / technical diploma in mechanical / electrical / mechatronic engineering.

• Knowledge of Vision/Optical Inspection systems and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Experience with semiconductor optical inspection equipment is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages (C++, C#, Python) is beneficial.
• Ability to troubleshoot electronics/PC hardware systems.
• Knowledge of statistical data analysis is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.
