Our Singapore office team is looking for a finance & admin Associate

Reporting into the Managing Director, this role is required to provide extensive operations support while working closely with Korea HQ and local accounting firm with ownership over day-to-day operational running of the firm. This includes handling the full set of accounts, business support, human resource & general office management.

This position is applicable for Singaporeans & PRs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in bookkeeping, accounting, GST, corporate tax and accounts payable support services
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, invoices, financial and other data.
• Filing and updating of data in the system
• Tracking budget expenses and monitoring company's costs.
• Responsible for procurement approval for all admin related expenses.
• Work closely with vendors/teams to achieve deliverables and cost objectives.
• Strong collaboration with vendors/client's Finance & Procurement teams.
• Process staff claims, invoices and other tax related filings
• Any other administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting
• At least 2 years of working experience in Business Admin/ accounting / Finance coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to details and highly meticulous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
• Able to work in fast paced environment/can work independently
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
• Fast learner
• Strong advantage if you can speak/read Korean

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts

• Generate management reports and bank reconciliations

• Handle all bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company

• Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, etc.

Skills And Experience Required

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain full sets of account

· Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports

· Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters, including inventory management
