Responsibilities

• Produce intelligence outputs to provide an accurate depiction of the current threat landscape and associated risk through the use of customer, community, and open source reporting

Responsibilities

• Provide system solution that meets customers' requirements
• Manage and implement projects and change requests related to corporate systems
• Provide overall training to AP countries on systems and process deployments
• Convert functional requirement to system requirements, document the EDI specs & involve in testing and implementation activities

• Provide regular updates on training progress to management and sponsors to enable overall training progress monitoring

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Service Supply Chain management principles, Service Logistics aftermarket operations, and equipped with strong training and IT implementation skills
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably from a warehouse operations perspective) with some basic experience in warehousing and transport solution design (preferred)

SUMMARY OF ROLE

As a Costing Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager. You will be managing the Controlling department which comprises Controlling (CO) activities with Cost Centre Management; Product Costing; R&D Controlling and Reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of R&D matters such as capitalization, projects, labor rate calculations, presentation, tax, and audit queries.
• Support on the Business Units actual, forecast and budgeting reporting.
• Monthly preparation and analysis of the actual operating expenses against forecast and budget.
• Preparation of manufacturing surveys and EDB related matters such as grants and surveys.

Minimum requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accountancy, ACCA or CPA with at least 2 to 3 years of costing & FPA experience, preferably in MNC or manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP ECC/Hana system especially in CO module and Microsoft advance excel, pivot table, power pivot and with BI is an added advantage.
