The Analyst is responsible for helping Principals and Partners/ leaders coordinate the effective running of client engagements across our core offerings. He/she will perform general client, industry and competitor research, data analytics and development of creative sourcing techniques or assist with the leadership assessment process, rewards advisory and offer additional analysis and coordination support, all under on-the-job training, guidance and supervision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
• Carry out secondary research, analyse data and produce reports to provide understanding and insights for a project or sector team
• Perform basic client research, pulling client information, developing pitch decks and proposed solutions under supervision
• Partners with the team to generate ideas and share information to facilitate effective outcomes.
• Measures and monitors the effectiveness of the strategic solutions framework against predefined outcomes and assists with meeting key deliverables

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of management and statutory financial reports.
• Provide stakeholders with insightful and relevant financial analysis to support informed management decisions.
• Oversee the Group’s treasury functions, including cash flow planning and banking operations.
• Lead and enhance the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop, update, and implement policies and procedures that adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with banks, external auditors, tax consultants, and corporate secretarial agents.
• Handle reporting duties for SGX compliance.
• Conduct financial analysis of industry trends and present findings to senior management.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc finance responsibilities as required.

Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification or any relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and treasury management
• Experience working in an SGX Listed company would be an added advantaged

Job Description:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts for the Group.
• Perform Consolidation for the Group.
• Perform gross and net margin analysis and highlight major variances.
• Review and improve on current financial/accounting processes/reportings for better efficiency.
• Support in cashflow projections and forecast for the Group.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
• Prepare annual audit report and supporting files for review.
• Liaise with auditors on all audit issues and queries relating to the Company .

Requirements:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping, data entry, and reconcile accounts payable/receivable and bank statements.

Ensure timely payment processing and seek necessary approvals in adherence to the Delegation of Authority.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and manage credit control.

Maintain and tag fixed asset schedules.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting, including managing external audit and preparation of AFS.

Manage monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual budget planning, and performance analysis.

Monitor and control the company’s budget.

Prepare accurate and timely reporting decks for management, senior leaders, and board meetings.

Utilize the Terra reporting system, perform gap analysis, and ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and other statutory regulations in management reports.

Prepare feasibility reports on investment projects, including financial forecasts and sensitivity analysis.

Partner with department heads to translate analytical needs into data requirements with clear metrics.

Coordinate and lead year-end stock take, including recounting stock variances.

Prepare and ensure timely tax reporting and compliance (direct, indirect, and transfer pricing).

Continuously review work practices for operational efficiency improvement.

Handle various ad-hoc requirements.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge

Degree in Accountancy or Finance.

ACCA or CPA Singapore equivalent.

At least 8 years of relevant work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit/tax.

Commercial finance analytical experience in the SME consumer/F&B industry is advantageous.

Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards and other accounting regulations.

Meticulous and analytical with data.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proactive team player.

Experience with Hyperion (HFM) and Dynamics 365 ERP applications is a plus.

Experience with Lease Accelerator, Xero accounting software and Terra system is a plus.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our financial operations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. This role involves assisting with accounts payable functions, coordinating audit activities, overseeing cash management processes, and maintaining effective communication with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Reports To: Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Save and organize accounts payable (AP) invoices in the GST folder for review, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Accurately post AP invoices in the financial system to maintain up-to-date records.
• Create and maintain vendor profiles based on Business Partner (BP) forms, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
• Assist in audit confirmation processes for customers, preparing required documentation and reporting requirements.
• Manage cash advances/petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Update accounts receivable (AR) receipts in the Globe 3 system daily and follow up with relevant stakeholders on accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collections.
• Prepare and present weekly bank opening balances, ensuring all transactions are accurately reflected.
• Generate weekly reports on receipts and outstanding accounts receivable, providing insights into cash flow and financial status.
• Book goods receipts into the financial system, ensuring that inventory records are accurately maintained.
• Monitor telecommunications expenses, ensuring accurate billing and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Implement controls to manage telecommunication usage effectively.
• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Management.
