The key aspects of the Quality Analyst (QA) role include:

Job Requirements:

To rise to the challenge, you'll need:

• 2+ years experience in Testing (automation and non-functional) of business software applications
• Experience with testing tools like Mercury (QTP), Silk, Open Source tools like Selenium, Watir, Sahi etc
• Knowledge of Scripting Languages, like JavaScript, Python, Ruby, etc
• Exposure to Basic Java / .Net development environment
• Ability to write simple code to test applications

Responsibilities

Automate CFD Market Making trading strategies and develop scripts for trade execution.

Backtest trading strategies and algorithms.

Write test cases and user requirements for IT systems.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Troubleshoot production issues and follow up with relevant stakeholders until resolution.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline, programming background preferred.

Prior work experience of at least 1 year in securities dealing / trading is preferred.

Proficiency in the major programming languages like VBA, C++.

Knowledge of risk and hedging concepts.

Certifications in CMFAS M1a, M5 & M6 and M6a is an advantage.

1. Support Finance department to resolve and analyze issues with Dynamic 365 Finance.

2. Support Commercial team to resolve and analyze issues with billing system.

4. Manage and enhance existing 3rd party systems integration with Dynamic 365 Finance.

5. Help identify business requirements and develop solutions to address those requirements.

• Conduct 24/7 continuous monitoring of security events and alerts using various security tools, such as SIEM and endpoint protection.
• Perform initial triage of security alerts to determine their validity and severity, identifying false positives or true positives.
• Conduct basic investigations of security events, including malware infections and unauthorized access attempts.
• Escalate complex or highly suspicious alerts for further investigation and response.
• Maintain details records of all activities, including investigations performed, findings and remediation steps taken.
• Collects data, evidence, and context necessary for further escalation.

The Analyst of the Interest Rate Derivative (IRD) Business Control team will be expected to perform the following roles and responsibilities:

Perform the following Daily deliverables:

• Daily PL report production and PL decomposition
• Provide commentary on significant PL drivers and relating it to the business strategies of the desks
• Monitoring of New Deals, Late Deals and Market Operations
• Monitoring checks for transactions done at Off Market rates and arrive at justifications/reasons for entering these transactions
• Exceptions monitoring on Reported PL vs Trader Estimates and breaches on threshold limits for unexplained PL attributions

Perform the following Monthly routine tasks:

• Reconciliation of PL between Management reporting vs General Ledger
• GLAO certification on Balance Sheet accounts
• Room wide & Desk level Reserves computation
• Significant MTD PL drivers
• Reporting of Key Risk and Performance Indicators for the desks

Perform the following Ad-Hoc & Projects tasks:

• Streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency within the team
• Review control processes for gaps
• To be proficient in handling ad-hoc queries from Front Office/RMG/TMO/Finance
• To assist in responding to internal and external audit requests for the desks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or Business or Finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of treasury products, derivatives and options is preferred.
