Responsibility:

Handle petty cash and monitor staff and management expenses claim

Prepare payment requests for monthly and or claim payments.

Monitor and process staff advance request

Perform Internet banking transaction

Prepare GST and submission to the IRAS portal

Assist in the preparation of audit schedules, forecast, and budgeting.

Assist in billing and selling transaction

Assist in month-end closing period

Manage and be responsible for filing finance documents online and offline.

Perform any ad hoc assignment by Reporting Officer / Senior Management
