About the Role:

We are seeking a bright and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Finance Assistant. This is a key role that will provide essential support to the CEO, ensuring the smooth day-to-day financial operations of our growing brand. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports (e.g., monthly revenue and expense reports) for review by the CEO.

• Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Manage petty cash and office supplies.
• Liaise with vendors and external service providers on financial matters.

• Research and propose cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and document management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Grant Administration
  • Assist in the submission of new grant proposals;
  • MOE budgets and cash flow projections.
  • Coordinate the submission and review of the annual budgets.
  • Manage the inception of projects and ensure closure of projects in a timely manner.
  • Work with grant administrators to ensure that claim submissions are accurate and submitted promptly.
  • Track and monitor the utilisation of grants and highlight projects that under-utilised budgets.
  • Assist grant administrators on their queries (including troubleshooting of system issues).
  • Liaise with grantors (including MOE) on matters related to grants.
  • Assist in performing UAT on system enhancements.

  • Prepare necessary journals for month-end closing;

Job purpose:

The GS-Ops TCC Specialist Trade Finance is, with due consideration of all internal and regulatory requirements and within the agreed deadlines, responsible for processing of the trade finance business for customers, as well as for providing specialized and process-driven advice within his/her sphere of activity. In so doing, he works closely with FK TF-CM Allrounder Cash/Trade Sales International, FK TF-CM Specialist Cash/Trade Sales International, FK-TF-CM Advisor Trade Services International, FK-TF-CM Assistant Trade Services International and Relationship Managers, and other department stakeholders that deal with corporate customers, whom he supports by providing pertinent information in a team-oriented manner.

Key activities:

Processing of Trade Finance Business

• Depending on each task allocated, the processing covers the carrying out of all trade finance business processes in accordance with the rules, regulations, and compliance-related requirements.
• Advising of customers with due consideration given to their specific needs and the bank’s operational requirements
• Assuming middle office role by performing pre-processing and post-processing tasks for Trade Finance Products/Sub-Processes in accordance with Global/Internal Guideline/Process

We are seeking an experienced professional with a background in both IT and finance, possessing a robust understanding of financial systems and processes to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the headquarters' IT department to integrate business process systems with local financial systems. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as GL posting and master data synchronization;
2. Analyze and document financial IT requirements for other overseas entities, providing corresponding solutions. Collaborate with the headquarters to implement these requirements and drive financial IT development overseas;
3. Gather financial data analysis requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide data support using tools such as BI;
4. Provide technical support, daily operations, and troubleshooting for the relevant financial system modules;
5. Conduct regular reviews and optimizations.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, computer science, or related fields preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial system, with at least two completed financial system projects.
3. Strong understanding of accounting, financial systems and processes
4. Proficient in tools such as BI, SQL, VBA, Python; familiarity with overseas accounting systems and experience in system automation integration is a plus.

Requirements
