Overall Key Position Objective
The Multinational Account Executive (AE) acts as a specialist resource supporting Property & Casualty Underwriting function in relation to writing Multinational Global Program Accounts. The AE works within clear guidelines, with instruction on procedures, work flow and format, use some discretion in clear cut situations however any matters outside the guidelines are to be referred to the Manager on procedural matters and Account Underwriters on technical matters. He/she will be required to co-ordinate multiple parties to complete work.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
· To provide Account Management Services to the allocated Global Accounts from the Multinational Outwards Portfolio.
· To work with Chubb Business Solutions (CBS) team to ensure that all administrative activities in connection with global programmes are carried out in time and to a high level of quality.
· To be the focal point for all technical matters arising on multinational insurance programmes and to ensure that all Client Service Executives and Assistant Client Service Executives are fully aware of and in compliance of, all internal Chubb and external regulations on all accounts serviced by the Singapore Global Service team.
· To be the focal point for underwriters and all Chubb internal partners requiring advice on the servicing, support and control of multinational accounts.
· To attend client/broker meetings and support Chubb’s business development activities
· To ensure that Chubb’s Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of Global Programs.
· To provide advice and coaching where appropriate to the Client Service Executives and Assistant Client Service Executives.
· To build strong relationships with Clients, their brokers and become the focal and contact point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
· To work alongside the Global Client Executives and Underwriters on new business acquisitions and to develop our service proposition.
Requirements
· The ideal incumbent will have more than 5 years relevant Insurance qualifications or equivalent.
· Possess relevant knowledge on Multinational program arrangements and reinsurance agreements required between Affiliate and Non-affiliates.
· Demonstrated strong ability and technical competence especially Property and Casualty lines on servicing Multinational Business platform.
· Ability to monitor and report on adherence to service levels, understand production service issues and assist with resolution.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with in-country managers, partners, and brokers.
· Manage and responsible for the end to end process of Mulitnational programs handling.
