The Job

The is a client onboarding manager role sits within APAC onboarding under Global Operations. The role will primarily support AMRS to APAC import business across PB, Swaps and Cash.

Responsibilities:

· Client facing role tasked with ensuring the successful delivery of client Onboarding requests for Global Markets Products for new and existing APAC and AMRS clients across PB, Swaps and Cash.

· Coordinate new business pipeline management and prioritisation with the business partners and Onboarding stakeholders to ensure delivery of business development and revenue strategy
∙ Assisting clients with requirements for the BofA account opening process as well as providing the necessary data to clients to complete their own internal account set up when necessary
∙ Collaborate with the wider client onboarding team to establish a streamlined & synergised global process across multi-asset classes and market products

The Talent

· Ideally 3 years’ experience in an Onboarding role within Financial Services

· Client expertise to be able to quickly generate a good rapport with a client and ensure the client’s onboarding experience is positive

· Product knowledge or understand the process flow of Fixed Income and Equities is essential. Prime, Derivatives, Repo, F&O and OTC Clearing experience would be advantageous.

· Experience of KYC requirements and Jurisdictional Tax Requirements

· Exposure to legal contracts and regulatory requirements (incl. Professional Investor, MIFID II, Dodd Franck, SFTR)

· Strong organisational abilities

· Commitment to high quality client service both external and internal

· Excellent communication skills, ability to show initiative and strategic and creative problem solving skills

Job Description:

• You are primarily responsible for the finance functions related to Fixed Assets and Patient Account Receivables.
• Work closely with our Finance Shared Services and Business Office for seamless financial operations.
• Be involved in the annual capital expenditure budget exercise, and are expected to participate in the budget review sessions and follow up on budget verification, monitoring and reporting.
• Work with the relevant stakeholders on the reconciliation of patient revenue collections and posting of accounting entries.
• You will also assist the Manager with regular financial reporting, account closing and improvements of day-to-day work processes.
• You will undertake ad-hoc projects from time to time, in particular system implementations and enhancements. You will also provide admin support.

Requirements:

- Min Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Min 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
