· Monitor and Issue Authority To Load (ATL)

· Vetting LC and support the Invoicing team with document presentation to the banks

· Manage Financial Documents (FD) process and ensure adherence to policies

· Collating of shipping documents, management of Bill of Lading (BL) and Letter of Indemnity (LOI)

· Assessing Statement Of Facts (SOF) and fact checking of activities mentioned on SOF

· Manage export declaration and shipping customs clearance

· Execute Delivery/Discharge control documentation, e.g. LOI, Letter of Undertaking (LOU)

· Execute the export declaration and customs clearance process

· Support SAP/Digital projects and enhancements for CTC process

· Support improvements initiatives with focus on quick-win automations aiming at enhancing efficiency

· Maintain management reporting – keeping team reports up to date from both functional and data perspective and maintaining internal databases and systems.

· Support Data Analysis/Reporting activities

• Post journal entries and validate systems generated entries. Ensure timeliness, accuracy and completeness of daily financial close
• Perform Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations and ensure issues and discrepancies are timely resolved
• Provide analysis/explanation of PL accounts movement queries

• Prepare daily and monthly financial schedules supporting the financial statements
• Prepare client assistance packages and assist in auditor’s queries for yearly financial audit
