Responsibilities:
• Adhere to both business and underwriting plans and strategies to support the business growth through the various distribution channels.

Requirement:
• ACII, ANZIIF or Degree/Diploma in Insurance

The Job

The role requires the candidate to be able to face off Front Office relating to client documentation and/or KYC related matters. Candidate should ensure that the team meets the expectation of the bank policy for BAU and ensure that the targeted timeline is met. As a Mortgage Specialist, you will be responsible for the growth of OCBC mortgage business while providing loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of customers. You will be provided opportunities to be stationed at showflat for deeper engagement with our business partners. You will identify and maximise sales opportunities, and also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationships with an emphasis on good after-sales service.
Apart from the scheduled duties at assigned showflat on weekend, you will work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits and presentations to potential customers.

This role encompasses engagement via cold calling and texting with potential business partners. Progressively you will established your sales network through regular contact with your referral sources. A strong emphasis is placed on sales’ integrity and ability to follow the correct procedure and bank’s policies.

With an emphasis on accurately profiling customers' needs, you will actively promote home loans to customers through alliance and referral by agents, lawyers and developers. You will identify and maximise sales opportunities, and will also proactively build and manage long-term customer relationships as well as provide good after-sales service.

You will work independently and take charge of your own time planning sales visits and presentations to potential customers and progressively build referral base of your very own through regular contact with your referral sources.

Qualifications

You must have a positive working attitude, good customer service skills, bilingual spoken and a high degree of initiative, and should preferably have a degree or diploma with sales experience in the banking and financial services industry.

This position will support senior Security Governance team members and work closely with various business, risk and technology stakeholders to:

• Proactively assess the compliance exposure to current and emerging security-related regulatory requirements and plan & track remediation efforts.

• Manage reverse third-party due diligence engagements related to GIS.

• Manage audit, assurance and regulatory engagements related to GIS including ongoing knowledge management on queries and request for information.

• Track and report against the technology KORI(Key Operational Risk Indicators)/KRIs and required security metrics.

• Execution of the GIS KRCSA (Key Risk and Control Self Assessments).

• Management policy, procedures and standards updates and control.

• Manage various GIS initiatives and duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

• Communicate effectively with a variety of internal and external teams and stakeholders.

• Capable of managing a variety of priorities and deliverables with minimal guidance or supervision.

• Ability to respond to any requests and issues on a timely basis.

Education

• Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution.

• Professional Technology Risk Management/Cybersecurity related qualification will be favorable although not mandatory.

• Knowledge of industry best practices.

Technical Skills

• Overall experience 5+ years of experience.

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Security/IT governance disciplines.

Provide end to end OTC transaction life-cycle reporting support for T&M derivatives products
Ensure confirmation accuracy and timely issuance Risk Control, reduction in ageing confirmation and eliminate/refine legacy processes
Build a data driven culture with data analytic capabilities

Support new products initiatives on existing/new system capabilities.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates welcome but with related Bachelor in Banking and Finance.
