Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set of accounting processes and tasks (i.e. AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation etc.) for a few entities and perform consolidated financial statements
• Review monthly management accounts, financial statements and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• In-charge of submission of all tax and regulatory filing, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience within Banking & Finance or Fintech industry is a Must
• Experience in leading a team
• Strong understanding/appreciation of excel, accounting softwares, automation tools using API
• Good knowledge of relevant technologies (e.g. RPA) or methodologies (e.g MACRO, VBA) to improve user experience and streamline work processes

Overview:

The Finance Associateis responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial management and reporting activities of the company, including budget planning, financial analysis, and providing strategic financial advice to support the executive management team in making informed business decisions.

Job Description:

1. Manage full set of accounts for 6-8 entities, including documentation and all related entries, such as posting General Journals and keying in related accounting entries into accounting systems.
2. Ensure the Trial Balance is accurate and that all ledgers (GL, AR, AP, PA, Assets, Inventories, and Liabilities) are regularly reviewed, updated, and reconciled.
3. Prepare and submit monthly management reports, coordinate and prepare financial operating budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports, and MAS regulatory returns on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
4. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment of vendor invoices.
5. Ensure compliance with all tax, licensing, and statutory obligations, including the preparation and filing of quarterly GST returns and other statutory filings such as ACRA and XBRL.
6. Audit preparation and coordination including assisting in the preparation and coordination of external audits.
7. Other ad’hoc finance and administrative tasks.

1. Diploma or degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Overview of the role:

A key support role to the Regional Leadership Team primarily to conduct regular administrative duties, information gathering based on submission deadlines, liaising with the APAC Offices on certain financial & administrative matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Invoice capturing & booking for flights, accommodation, travel and expenditure incurred by the APAC based Regional and Global team members
• Supporting FP&A Manager on populating Actual Spend Updates in the global/regional file
• Being the contact person for all transactions related to Inter-Company transactions
• Distributing Corporate Card and All other types of Claims (Taking a snapshot of the Claim Statement, tagging it into Claims Forms), Following Up until completion. Confirming correct charges and cost center with the Head Office (Finance Department)
• Liaising and Coordinating with Compass Singapore on accruals (making accruals, reversals, posting actuals, Journal entries) for the above
