Role Description:

The Senior Finance Executive plays a pivotal role within the finance department, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This position entails comprehensive responsibilities aimed at ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of the organization. Key duties and responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

• Performing a wide range of accounting activities, including full sets of financial processes, accounts payable and receivable processes, general ledger management, account reconciliation, and audit schedules for both local and overseas entities.
• Reviewing all waterfall/retrocession calculations, payments, and coordinating with other departments to address any discrepancies.
• Assisting in monthly and annual reporting, including management reports, variance analysis, budgeting, and treasury cash flow analysis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of work experience as a senior role.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc.) is advantageous.
• Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work with major government, corporate, and institutional clients, as either a relationship or investment banker, to deliver tailored financial solutions including managing an initial public offering, preparing a bond, or negotiating a merger or an acquisition.

What you will do

You’ll work in a dedicated team focused on specific transactions, product, or market sectors in your region, to determine the best strategic solutions clients’ needs.
