The Assistant Director (Finance) is a key member of the management team. He/ she will report to the CEO and be responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and compliance requirements of HEB, overseeing and supervising the Finance team to ensure effective governance and adherence to the finance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight and Review:

The incumbent will be responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial reports, goods and services tax submissions, and facilitating audits for temples and units administered by Hindu Endowments Board. He/she will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of daily sales and collection records, which includes verifying bank transactions and reconciling control accounts through the Finance Management Systems.
