EXPECTATIONS AND TASK

• Very good understanding of Business Processes in Property and Casualty, Life and Pensions and/or Health Insurance
• Techno-Functional experience in SAP for Insurance modules such as FS-PM, FS-ICM, FS-CM, FS-CD - Drive Product Innovation, Pre-Sales DEMO’s, Proof-Of-Concept Assignments.

• Design of integrated system landscapes for Insurance Companies
• Design Product Co-Innovation strategies and proposals with customers
• Lead internal Product Development and Innovation Projects – by developing new features and upgrade of business technologies.
• Participate in process flow and solution feasibility analysis
• Design of transition maps, road maps, implementation, integration and migration strategies
• Leading feasibility studies - Provide techno-functional consulting expertise to our insurance clients
• Provide current Best Practice and Third Party Solution alternatives as a part of Functional Design Document

• You play a crucial role when it comes to analysing and designing IT architectures. Your responsibility goes from business process optimization to central handling of the implementation of customer specific solutions. You should be familiar with the core processes in the insurance industry and with methods and tools of business consulting and project management.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• 15+ Years of Technical Experience in SAP for Insurance Implementation with multi-module expertise
• Profound Technical Expertise in 4 or more SAP for Insurance Modules with in-depth experience in Integration across modules
• Should have in depth knowledge of ABAP, ABAP OOPS, BRF+, BDTs, ODATA, FIORI and workflow.
• Experience with business processes and insurance products in the insurance industry. A deep understanding of the value chain of a primary insurer is expected. Focus on product and policy management processes in the Property and Casualty, Life and Pensions and/or Health insurance.
• Profound experience with the SAP for Insurance solutions (12 years or more) in a highly reputed consulting company or in an insurance company.
• Experience in at least 5 major system implementations / or upgrades for Insurance Companies including 3 full life cycle implementations with S4I in Life Insurance
• Experience in planning and managing Pre-Sales DEMO’s, Proof Of Concept exercises and Innovation programs.
• Practical Project Experience playing the role of a Solution Architect

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• University degree in information technology, computer science or business administration
• Excellent knowledge of Insurance solutions, excellent knowledge of the core insurance business processes in sales, operation and claims
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture as well as Microservices Architecture- Ability to manage complex initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a distinct willingness to learn
