Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of client’s digital banking journeys, drive strategic initiatives, and optimize overall product performance. In this role, you can expect to blend your expertise in product management, digital innovation and commercialization to deliver exceptional customer value and to achieve organizational goals. Please note that this is a 6 months contract role
Key Responsibilities: -
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and customer needs - Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, develops, marketers, business intelligence) to deliver high-quality journeys, and subsequent iterations, on time - Identify, evaluate, and lead strategic digital initiatives to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and stay ahead of industry trends
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics for digital transformation initiatives
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation within the product ecosystem
- Define go-to-market strategies and promotional plans to maximise product revenue, customer adoption and ensure internal digital adoption
- Analyse and report on product performance, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and other support teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the product lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and regular updates to communicate progress and to gather feedback
- Prioritise the product backlog to maximise value delivery in agile sprints
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital banking
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation and commercialization strategies in a large bank
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions
- Bringing creativity to the table through development of innovative solutions that delivers exceptional user experiences and enhance product value
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma or similar platform
