The Portfolio Finance Manager plays a key role in finance related matters for PIDG and InfraCo companies in Asia, including its subsidiaries and joint ventures. • Policy development – Support the implementation and documentation of internal controls and procedures for PIDG and InfraCo Asia as required.

• Perform proactive Mailbox management for all leaders in support scope; ensuring all actions are tracked and followed up on in a timely manner.
• Ensure the Executive leaders are well prepared for meetings and are up to date on their committee/ board approvals, as well as liaising with teams to ensure papers/ presentations are prepared in advance.
• Perform Travel bookings using online Concur travel booking tool, ensuring adherence to corporate travel policy and CIB specific approval requirements. Where appliable, provide oversight of these tasks performed by the remote admin team.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• 5+ years of Administration or Business Management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience providing support to senior level executives and able to face off across multiple lines of business and wider senior leaders.
• Experience working in a financial services organization in a Global Markets/Investment Banking business or international financial services industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think logically and consider alternatives to provide practical solutions based on a broad understanding of relevant factors.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and use initiative.

• Extensive experience to an advanced level of using all Microsoft Office applications e.g. PowerPoint for complex presentations, Outlook for managing multiple diaries, Excel, Word, and conference tools like MS Teams & Zoom. Additional experience in Visio is preferred.

Role: IT Delivery Lead (Banking / 6 month contract)

• Manage backlog and stakeholders, with a clear understanding of the delivery and its ROI to prioritize work clearly for the cross-functional team to deliver together.
• Gather detailed requirements from business leads for analysis, collaborate with stakeholders for UI sign-off CJ, data requirements, copytext, notification templates, and review for error scenarios.
• Work closely with development to clarify requirements, ensure priorities are clear, and provide SME knowledge where required.
• Create the release plan with the scrum master, including details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, and entry and exit criteria to the implementation approach.
• Manage sprint activities from sprint grooming, prioritization, refinement, demo, and related ceremonies.
• Oversee delivery execution from QA resourcing, quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets, and escalation where required.
• Manage allocated testing budget.
• Provide UAT sign-off against agreed exit criteria and track agreed open items.
• Prepare Go Live plan, soliciting for LV support, and arrange for KT to touchpoint and BAU support.
• Support Go Live implementation and post-production issues from troubleshooting and investigation.
